New YesTax Knowledge Bank is now Live!
YesTax is pleased to announce that our new R&D tax relief knowledge bank is now live!
Many of you will be familiar with the tax knowledge banks on our website which explain the key features of the tax reliefs we specialise in. The pace of change in the tax world, particularly where R&D tax relief is concerned, has meant that our knowledge banks have been in need of a refresh.
The R&D tax relief knowledge bank has now been updated to reflect the staggering number of changes that have occurred over the past few years. The change in relief rates to both schemes, the requirement to pre-notify and the requirement to submit an Additional Information Form are all now included in our refreshed knowledge bank.
We’ve also included more detailed guidance on what activity qualifies for R&D tax relief. Many will be aware that HMRC are now routinely opening enquiries into claims on the premise that the activity undertaken by the claimant company does not meet HMRC’s requirements. Our knowledge bank addresses this issue.
